ARRAIAL D'AJUDA "HOUSE 3" NEAR THE CENTER + GARAGE

The house is located near the center of Arraial in the residential neighborhood "Sao Francisco". (We are near the center). The house has a private garden that is also great for keeping a dog and a service area. Faxina/cozinha service for cleaning on request. Open garage within the walls available for up to 4 people. It is also possible to form groups of up to 12 people by renting the other two houses on the property. Services included but with electricity paid separately. Guest access We are in the São Francisco neighborhood on Rua dos Coqueiros, which you can see on the maps. As you may know, Arraial developed in the upper part and our position is great with respect to the center and the movement. At the same time, being a residential neighborhood, it is very quiet when you want to sleep. To go to the beach, it is 5 minutes by motorcycle taxi or car or with the municipal transfer. Walking is 15/20 minutes
