The space Residencial Micaval has had new management since November 2020 and is located 500 meters from the city center and only 5 km from São Tomé and Príncipe International Airport. Our rooms have air conditioning, television with Chromecast devices and hot water. We do daily cleaning with a change of all the room's linen every 2 days. We have a convenience store on the ground floor that is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, which provides great support to our customers with the sale of snack bar items, fresh drinks, personal hygiene, groceries, etc. On the terrace, we have the “YogoYogo Space” where our customers have their breakfast and get together at the end of the day to share their experiences over a cool drink. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have also taken additional safety and hygiene measures.
