Walk across the road to the Tallebudgera Surf club for a superb meal watching the sun go down over sea. With a child friendly atmosphere and a play gym and park on the doorstep, you really do not have to venture far for some holiday fun. The recreation centre has a plethora of activities, along with the popular café ‘Custard Canteen’. With Burleigh Hill also within walking distance and another shopping and dining precinct to choose from you will be spoilt for choice! Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
