The balcony overlooks a peaceful park/garden and there is free parking next to the building. A taxi and bus station are 2 minutes away. A large Kaufland supermarket and a few restaurants are nearby. The Brasov Citadel is also very close. The space The apartment has two rooms (1 bedroom and 1 living room), one bathroom and one kitchen. The washing machine is in a storage room, accessible through the kitchen. The living room leads into a small balcony, which is the only place in the house where smoking is allowed (but please open the window and close the door). Guest access The apartment is on the third floor of a block of flats - there is no elevator but there are only around 20 steps to climb. You will need an intercom tag to open the main door of the building. You can park your car behind the building, in the residential parking. Pick any free spot.
