Come and experience unforgettable days where time passes more slowly — and the heart, lighter. The space We built this loft with great affection, thinking about every detail... Privileged location, in the Jardim Martinelli neighborhood, the southern zone of Penedo, with lots of greenery and silence, which is only interrupted by the songs of birds of various species. 2.5 km from downtown, 5 minutes by car. In the blink of an eye, you're there. 1.5 km from Dutra, extremely easy to get to! Super bright and airy place with sunlight and blackout curtains. Private garage. The living room has a sofa bed and a 32" smart TV with a flat screen and remote control, as well as an innovative winter garden under the stairs, making the environment more cozy. The kitchen is complete and equipped with cabinets, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, fruit squeezer, dishes, water and beer glasses, wine and champagne glasses, cutlery, pots, dish drainer, cleaning material (detergent, sponge, Bombril), dishcloths, all completely new, purchased especially for the loft, and a counter with stools for meals. We also provide coffee, sugar, sweetener, coffee filter, oil, salt, napkins, paper towels, mineral water, and ice. And all our guests are welcomed with great affection, with a compote filled with chocolates waiting for them... The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and plants (Ideal for outdoor dining, accompanied by birdsong, lots of greenery, and a view of the mountains) Bedroom with double bed, closet with mirror and air-conditioning with remote control.
