The house or chalet is in the Itaguá neighborhood and very close to Tenório beach and Vermelhinha de Ubatuba. It has a living room, bedroom and mini kitchen, plus a private yard and parking! All very well ventilated, in a quiet neighborhood and 3 km from downtown Ubatuba. The house is a few blocks from several restaurants and a bakery. Ideal for couples who want tranquility. My mother, some cats and a dog live in the house. Here you can relax because my mother is always around, a very safe place. The space We have the front part of our house, where we have prepared an entire space, a cottage, with bedroom, living room, bathroom and mini kitchen. The balcony, also exclusive, has a barbecue, counter, hammock, table and chairs. They are all private spaces! In addition, the advantage of being a house, surrounded by a yard and close to the beaches, makes our chalet a ventilated, cool and comfortable space for 4 people! Ideal for 2 couples or a couple with children. The house has several appliances (coffee maker, oven, mixer) for the exclusive use of guests. All this on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is 1 block from Itaguá beach and 4 blocks from the entrance to Tenório. Close to restaurants, bakery, bars and market. If you want to go downtown, just rent a bike on the same street and take a nice ride. Or go on foot, walking along Iperoig beach. Guest access Upon arrival, guests can park up to 2 cars in the yard, which will also be exclusive, without sharing. In addition, there are many good and inexpensive restaurants nearby. And if you want to go downtown, a 15-minute walk solves your problem. This ease of not needing a car is very important, especially in the season. For long-term stays, VISITORS SLEEPING OVER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. Other things to note We provide clean bed linen, but we kindly ask you to bring bath towels as it is more hygienic. Silence and tranquility are the hallmarks of our space, so listen to music only very quietly! If you find a cat in the garden, don't be scared, they belong to the house!
