The REEF HOUSE COMPOUND is the FIRST & ONLY BOHO AEGEAN MEDITERRANEAN inspired white sand beach front destination in the PHILIPPINES, collectively composed of the REEF HOUSE main & 2 more separate listings the BODRUM FAMILY SUITE & The REEF 2 BR PANORAMIC SEAVIEW GUESTHOUSE , all units have access to CAFE THALASSA which is an ocean view dining venue, staying with us will surely yield “ a different kind of beach experience “ The space VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS for GUESTS: This beach destination comprises the MAIN HOUSE which is a 2 level Villa , the 1st floor is where the living room, dining room , outdoor & indoor kitchen is located while the 2nd floor has 4 rooms which can house 12 guests , it has a DETACHED BASEMENT ROOM which is independently added & rented to compliment the Main house up to 15 guests or for 2 guests , this is what you rented depending on the number of guests you booked , it has also an AIR BNB separately listed & independently rented BODRUM FAMILY SUITE which has a baseline occupancy of 6 guests, it has its own access from the main house keeping the privacy intact. Kindly please take note that the ENTIRE REEF HOUSE EXCLUSIVITY for one group is only Granted for 20 PAX minimum ( MAIN HOUSE & BODRUM SUITE) or up to21- 24 PAX maximum which means acquiring all the 3 units - MAIN HOUSE , DETACHED BASEMENT & THE SEPARATELY LISTED BODRUM FAMILY SUITE , if you are less than 20 & wants EXCLUSIVITY to the REEF HOUSE with no other guests you have to pay the equivalent rate for 20 PAX , ENTIRE REEF HOUSE EXCLUSIVITY is just limited to the house inclusive of the courtyard & Gazebo , this means that facilities like the swimming pool, sunset lounge , parking, outdoor shower , beach access are to be shared with other guests at the REEF PANORAMIC SEAVIEW GUESTHOUSE if any during your stay. ENTIRE COMPOUND EXCLUSIVITY on the other hand is only granted if the other unit across the pool known as the REEF PANORAMIC SEAVIEW GUESTHOUSE is also SIMULTANEOUSLY acquired WITH the aforementioned units above, All these units can be collectively rented by one group or family of 30 guests & above for an exclusive stay, otherwise if it is rented by varied entities all of it's facilities namely the swimming pool , parking , sunset lounge , beach access will be shared accordingly. If you are less than 30 & wants ENTIRE COMPOUND EXCLUSIVITY with no other guests then you have to acquire the equivalent rate for 30 PAX Kindly message host for any clarifications or if you require ENTIRE REEF HOUSE EXCLUSIVITY or ENTIRE COMPOUND EXCLUSIVITY as the other units are separately listed. Guest access Kindly be informed that a separate area at the backside of the courtyard is designated as an outdoor dining area of the Bodrum Suite guests. The 3rd unit in the compound known as the REEF 2 BR PANORAMIC SEAVIEW GUESTHOUSE is located at the far end across the pool which accommodates up to 6 PAX The use of the Gazebo is prioritized for the main house guests, kindly just give courtesy to other guests of the detached units if they want to spend a few moments at the area to take photos. This is a private accommodation & no external guests are allowed. Other things to note KINDLY message us if you would like to book for more than 15 guests We offer 2 types of exclusivity: 1) ENTIRE REEF HOUSE EXCLUSIVITY - this comprises the MAIN HOUSE & THE BODRUM FAMILY SUITE up to 24 PAX or it's equivalent rate , exclusivity is limited to the house with the Gazebo & courtyard only , amenities specifically sunset lounge, pool , access to the beach & parking is shared with the REEF PANORAMIC SEA PAD guests if any. 2) ENTIRE REEF COMPOUND EXCLUSIVITY - this comprises the MAIN HOUSE & THE BODRUM FAMILY SUITE up to 24 PAX PLUS the REEF PANORAMIC SEA PAD for 6 for a total of up to 30 PAX or it's equivalent rate.
