The winter season offers ice fishing, skating and the snow mobile trails run right past our waterfront. Perfect for a sledders retreat or fun packed family getaway. Enjoy year round indoor swimming!! 26 mins to Algonquin, 2 mins to the heart of Dorset, 34 mins to Arrowhead, 24 mins to Hidden Valley ski hills. The space Large open concept kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you need (coffee maker, tassimo, nespresso, kettle, toasters, panini press, slow cooker, dishes, pot and pans and children's dishes etc). Perfectly set up to host large families. 2 living spaces with lots of room for little ones to run and play, or to have kids on one floor and adults on another! Lots of reading material, puzzles and games for everyone to use and enjoy. NEW POOL HEATER INSTALLED SEPTEMBER 2022. Heated to a comfortable 82 Degrees Fahrenheit 40x8 foot lap pool for guests to use, 4 feet deep. Pool contract to be signed before check in- will be emailed to the booking guest. Guest access Parking for 8 vehicles in semi circle driveway. Pull through is excellent for easy access for boat and snowmobile trailers to come in and out without having to back in/out. No car parking in garage. 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks (100lb max), 2 stand up paddle board, 5 seater peddle boat and a canoe for guests to explore the water. Enough water toys for everyone to go out on an adventure together! Other things to note The house is mostly ran on lake water but there is a tap in kitchen that is potable(drinkable) water and the fridge has a drinkable water dispenser and ice maker. Childrens items can be left out on request: -2 high chairs (can be used as 2 high chairs and 2 booster seats) -2 play pens, one with a mattress -baby gate for across the top of the stairs -baby bathtub -2 steps stools for little ones to reach the sink Washer and dryer can be used if needed. Linens provided, but guests must bring own towels for pool use and lake use. Pets are allowed but an extra cleaning fee will be charged to ensure cottage is ready for next guests who may not have pets or have allergies and do not want to have any pet hair on furniture etc. Registration details STR25-00107
