The space The house is true to its georgian past. Styish, bright and elegant with period features through out the property this is a spacious 2 bedroom georgian townhouse with 2 reception rooms split over three floors.  Please note this is my home and not an empty rental property (in case that is what you are seeking). We simply let it out when we travel for work and fun, which is often. Providing you with a unique and homely place to stay. Outdoor Space. There are three outside areas. A rose garden is situated at the front of the house. A stone courtyard off the back kitchen with table and chairs. A steep staircase then leads up to a south-facing terrace garden. (FYI the terrace garden is currently being re-turfed) Kitchen. A fully fitted modern kitchen includes a dining table for entertaining that comfortably seats 8 people plus all standard kitchen appliances.  Living Room/Study. Small double sofa bed and desk. The study is situated on the ground floor. Living Room. The grandest room in the house. Perfect for cosying up on the sofa with a good book, Netflix binge or challenging someone to a board game. The cupboard is well stocked. Bathroom. Includes a big bath perfect for a long soak and powerful rain shower. Bedroom One. Huge calm and relaxing room with a comfortable queen-size double bed. Bedroom Two. A cosy and relaxing room that includes a standard double. Guest access The property has access to on-street parking. It's a 2k scenic walk to the city centre through Victoria Park and past the Royal Cresent. Weston has a regular bus service. Numbers 4/4a go to the city centre. The bus stop is located on Weston Lane. Download the Voi App to access Bath's shared e-scooter scheme. Other things to note It is fine to bring infants under two, but we do not have a cot or high chair.
