Free Parking in the Heart of the Historic Center

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centric accommodation, which is located in the heart of the historic city center. Most of the interesting points like the Cathedral, Alcazar, museums, are are just a stone's throw away walking distance. The apartment has a parking space in the same building to the disposal of our guests, and it is totally free (maximum vehicle height: 198cm/78"). Notice that it's very difficult to find a parking place in the city center, so it's very helpful for our guests The space It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a building with a lot of charm due to its patios full of plants. It has a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. Due to its location, the apartment is ideal to stay cool in high temperatures, but at the same time, it's warm in winter. Note: It is worth mentioning that, because the apartment is located in a courtyard (the one that you see in the photos), not much daylight enters, but this is a plus as the courtyard style of living is much quieter than leaving facing the street. Although most of our guests do not mind this factor since they spend little time during the day in the apartment, there were some people who have mentioned it to us as a negative aspect. That is why we want you to know before booking in case this factor really matters to you. Guest access Its location is ideal, since you can reach any point of interest in a few minutes. It also has a parking space in the same building, so you won't have to worry about looking for parking if you come by car. The Historical Center of Seville has to be explored on foot since almost every corner has something to contemplate, so if you come by car, our recommendation is that you leave it parked during the entire stay. Other things to note The maximum height of the garage is 198 cm/78", so the vehicle cannot exceed this measurement. We are flexible about the arrival time of our guests, but we need to clean the apartment, so we have established a CHECK-IN TIME from 16:00 to 22:00. However, you can come when we are cleaning to park your car, leave your luggage in the flat and pick up the keys. If it is impossible for you to arrive before 22:00, we have a late check-in service available for 25€, and from 0:00 the price would be 40€. As for the CHECK-OUT TIME, this would be at 12:00am. IMPORTANT: Do not leave the keys in the lock on the inside when you leave the house. Otherwise, the lock will jam and cannot be opened from the outside, meaning you will have to call a locksmith to come and open it.
