Dedicated parking is just right next to the entrance terrace Other things to note • The villa houses six other apartments. Neighbors are mostly present in summer period, otherwise the area is peaceful and quiet. • The other apartments have also there own terrace and parking space, residents respecting each other’s privacy. • A small garbage collection area (white house along the road under the terrace) is located a few steps (you may bring there your selected garbage in closed bags placing to the dedicated bin) • The hillside setting makes for pleasant walks, and the climate is generally cooler and fresher than in town in summer. • Public buses (stop 15 min walk, SS125 road) are infrequent—a car is essential for exploring the area. Bus stop is 15min. walk (SS125), but a car is essential to move around. Spiders, geckos, other Mediterranean insects are common, none of them are venomous. We have fixed mosquito net in all windows/doors. If you are lucky, you can meet turtles as well (protected animal!)
