'A Spencer Escape' is perfectly located to the heart of Wallaroo, with a 500m walk to the supermarket, bar and cafe strip. The Wallaroo jetty and swimming enclosure along the picturesque foreshore is a short walking distance away. 'Spencer' is fully enclosed, outdoor pet-friendly only, comprising of 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people with a 4-burner BBQ, outdoor dining and ample on-site parking space. Wallaroo Adventure playground is a stone's throw away. Your ideal escape with family & friends. The space 'A Spencer Escape' boasts a calm and relaxing getaway for families and friends. The kitchen offers modern appliances, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and sufficient cutlery, utensils and cooking tools. Tea and coffee is provided. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has private access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, split system heating/ cooling and has a sliding door for exterior access to the outside pergola. Bedroom 3 has a double bed bunk with a toy/ story book corner for children. There is a Portacot available for use upon request. The loungeroom has a 58" Smart TV, DVD Player and the TV unit holds an array of board/ card games for entertainment. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and the bathroom comprises of a shower and bath. The Laundry includes a top loader washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop and trough. There is also a high chair for infants. The large yard is fully fenced with a gate and there is a 4-burner BBQ available for use, a clothesline, outside dining and a fire pit for use outside of fire danger restricted months only. If possible, we do offer a late check-out or early arrival. Please note this may attract an extra fee. Other things to note Bed linen and shower/ bath towels are supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels if necessary. Please note, a basic sweep/vacuum is required, cans and bottles to be disposed of in the black recycling barrel and dishes/dishwasher cleared before leaving to avoid extra cleaning charges. No WIFI but TV can be hotspot from mobile. A high chair, rocker and port-a-cot are available, free of charge. No parties allowed, please respect the neighbours. Pets welcome, outside only.
