The space The upper floor of a modern detached building, Gardener’s Pavilion is light and airy and offers beautiful views over our 3 acre garden and woodland, with glimpses of the Hills. With the lower driveway and entrance reserved for guest use, you can come and go as you please. If you like making the most of the outdoors, whilst still appreciating your own well-appointed space, Gardener’s Pavilion could be ideal for you. The bedroom features a pocket sprung king size bed, crisp white bedlinen and an armchair beside the Juliet balcony overlooking the woodland – perfect for curling up with a good book. There is underfloor heating throughout and the modern shower room offers on-demand hot water - fresh white towels and essential toiletries are provided. The open plan kitchen/living room is well-equipped for cooking, socialising, working or catching up on TV – there is WiFi and a Smart TV. Bi-fold doors open from the living room onto the south-facing upper terrace, shared with the main house. The café style table and chairs are for your own use and are a perfect spot for breakfast on a sunny day. We know from our own experience of travelling that practicalities can make a difference – Gardener’s Pavilion has its own washer/dryer in the kitchen as well as an iron and ironing board - and you are welcome to use the washing line in the garden. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and there are additional cupboards and hooks in the hallway. There is a hairdryer and full-length mirror. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven with grill, fridge, toaster and coffee maker - sadly no room for a dishwasher or microwave! We provide you with a few food goodies to get you started. We can also supply a travel cot, high-chair and other baby essentials on request. Secure bike storage can be provided if required. Anything else – please ask. Guest access You are welcome to explore the garden and semi-wild woodland - meet our friendly dog, take a nap in the hammock or enjoy a rustic supper using the picnic basket provided whilst watching the sun set over North Hill.
