The house has two major advantages: - The first one is it is recently renovated and the decoration is simple and modern. - The second one is that is close to everything. It is also only 270 meters away from waterfront. We tried to create a beautiful environment, modern and functional. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, such as a washing machine, 2 TVs, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine etc). The new balcony doors are double glazed, so this minimizes any potential noise coming from outside, while preserving the room temperature.
