Guest access Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa, open plan living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, garden, on-premises parking for two cars, and many more. Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ The heating of the pool is offered on request, with an extra charge of 60 euro/day and for at least 3 days use. ✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 15.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 4.00 euros per day from November to March. Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival. ✔ Cretan Breakfast, served by the chef at the villa's common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th (Monday to Saturday) with an extra cost 20.0euro/person . For any other period, it is offered privately on request, with an extra charge 30.00euro/person. ✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating. ✔ We provide you housekeeping service once a week ,the third or the fourth day (min stay 7days) ✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔ No pets allowed ✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces ✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
