Description

Room has access to its own bathroom in an old house, where male tertiary students live in their separate section. A friendly, relatively quiet, studious, helpful, environment creates a great atmosphere. Owner shares the kitchen with the guest. Office is located right next to this room. Guest can go upstairs to relax on the balcony or living room, if s/he wishes. The home is halaal-friendly and cannot allow pork and alcohol, very strictly no smokers. Culturally liberal and welcoming to all. The space The room space is approximately 14 square metres, adequate for a cosy night's sleep. You will have access to all areas of the house, inside and outside. which expands inside living space to over 100 square metres at least. The students are generally available for short chats between their study breaks, which can occur in any area of the house. Guest access All spaces excluding others' bedrooms. During your stay We stay in contact by instant messaging, personally and in a group. We see each other daily when owner not travelling. Other things to note When the students are here, we aim for a homely, supportive atmosphere which values each individual. Landlord sometimes cooks for everyone, especially on those cold winter evenings. As a guest, you will be part of the team and we hope you will share your culture with us too.
