A 75 steps-worth house, in a XVII century building, which tells a lot about my mother, Veronica, and her love for theatre, but also about our family, who lived here and still comes back sometimes on holiday. Quiet and cozy, perfect for families with kids, the house is located in the very heart of the Old Town, close to everything you'll need to discover and enjoy our wonderful Genoa (Zena). The space Five minutes walk from the Aquarium and the Old Harbour, the metro station and the bus stops, St. Lorenzo Cathedral and Palazzo Ducale, and close to shops, museums and cinemas too, the apartment is situated at the 3rd floor of a XVII century building, which, of course... comes with NO elevator. However, your "struggle" after those 75 marble steps will be compensated by a unique and cozy tiny house, welcoming you with art, music and theathre. There is a first "pre"-entrance, private, shared with the closest neighbours only (they do not live here, though). A wide open-space hosts the living room/study/dining room, where you can relax enjoying good readings, watching a film or listening to music from the stereo system at your disposal. Optic fiber is present and the Wi-Fi is fast; there is also a laser printer for you to use, in case you need it. Kitchen is small but well equipped with everything you may need for your meals, including some basic food items (olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, Italian coffee) and the dishwasher; TAP WATER is drinkable. You can use the washing-machine, too. In the bathroom you will find both shower and bidet, and two doors: one takes you to the double room, wide and bright, with the big window overlooking the "cavedio" (some sort of small courtyard between two buildings); the other one takes you to the smaller one, with a bunk bed (185x80cm) perfect for children (I can provided you with an extra bed rail for smaller kids).
