Quiet street (free parking), park & playground around the corner, only 5 min. from city center and 5 min. from trainstation. The space Welcome to our lovely monumental family house in the beloved Bos & Vaart neighborhood. A spacious livingroom, designer kitchen, sunny south-facing garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Our street is a quiet street, with free parking and just 5 minutes (cycling) distance from Haarlem center, 5 minutes (driving) from the railway station and 20 minutes (driving) from Amsterdam, or 15 minutes (driving) to Zandvoort beach. Our street is adjacent to the city park Haarlemmerhout and a large playground. Great choice both for families or couples. Sorry, we do not accept a group of young singles. The house is semi-detached and spacious (ca. 200m2). Our ‘livingroom en suite’ adjoins a fully equiped open kitchen and has french doors facing the garden. On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with a large king size bed and a spacious balcony (no rear neighbours). Our bathroom has both a bath and a rain shower. On the same floor we have a pretty large kids bedroom with a large 1p (twijfelaar) bed. There is also enough space for a travel cod. On the same floor there is a study, which will be closed during your stay unless we agree otherwise. On the topfloor you will find a nice room with a double bed, which can be seperated if it's not used by a couple. On this floor there is a second bathroom (toilet & shower). There is also a comfortable washroom (washer, dryer). There is free-wifi available. Rent a bike and go the Dutch way! Cycle to the center (5 minutes), station (5 minutes) and beach (40 minutes). Amsterdam is 20 minutes by car and 15 minutes by train. Buses stop around the corner. We love our historic neighbourhood. Besides that Haarlem is really a great base to explore the Netherlands. Let us know what you'd like to do and we'll give you all sorts of tips. From the coolest beach club, must-see historical sites, best places to go with kids to the most popular restaurants in town. We will not be present during your stay, and we usually stay in touch with our guest during their stay through Whats App or text massages. One dog is allowed, but not upstairs (euro 150 cleaning fine) and please, the dog needs to behave and should not go to our neighbors garden. No smoking and please be cautious with our lovely house!
