The space Discover our charming, recently renovated apartment on the ground floor of our house, offering a separate entrance, a shaded terrace and a garden. Ideal for enjoying some relaxing time outdoors. Located on the ground floor, the apartment stays cool all summer thanks to its shaded terrace protected by a Camargue mat. Note that the apartment may lack brightness in the winter. We have included a photo of the shower dimensions to let you know that it may not be suitable for larger people. Located in a lively and well-connected area, the apartment may experience traffic noise during the day. However, thanks to the insulating windows, the environment remains comfortable and quiet inside. Although Airbnb's algorithm places us in rural areas, the apartment is actually in town, close to shops and major urban attractions. Guest access The property is fully fenced and secure. A parking space is available inside. If you are coming with a second car, please park it outside. We will be happy to host you upon arrival. However, if we are not available, a lockbox is available for independent access to the accommodation. The code will be sent to you if necessary. Guests have free access to the entire property. The garden, pleasant and spacious, is a shared space. You will also have a private outdoor area for privacy. The city center is only 5 minutes away by car.
