Located 2 km from downtown Chablis, come to discover this quiet, relaxing and warm place... In the heart of the house a large and modern kitchen will welcome you open to the living room and wood-burning stove for winter evenings, with access to a small terrace so you will discover the garden(courtyard) to relax in peace.(barbecue, garden furniture , badminton ...) An extension with a dining room with a garden view and also access to the terrace. Two upstairs bedrooms with a 160x200 bed as well as a bathroom and another bathroom upstairs . A parking spot just for you at the foot of the house! And free nearby parking. 2 km from the center (2 minutes drive and walk 20/25 minutes) You will find all the small shops you need for a great stay(Bakery,supermarket ,cellar, restaurant...) Fall in love with the pretty typical Burgundy Sunday morning market. If you are a fan of hiking , cycling, running ,the place is ideal (2 min from the vineyards and the forest behind the house ) Good discovery and visit to Chablis and its surroundings hoping that my cocoon will please you the key word to feel at home Attention: No smoking inside And no pets Just a quick note: I have a hairdressing salon right across the street (perfect for saying hello), and there is a private entrance through an outside door that is outside the house (in the laundry area), but it won’t interfere with your stay in any way.
