Full kitchen with utensils and water filter in the kitchen sink. The outlets are 220V. Electric barbecue. Laundry with Omo system and is paid. One covered parking space available in the garage. Excellent location, there is a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, schools, shopping, a square for walking in front of the loft. The space There are rules in the condominium in the common areas and stipulated times. Guest access Laundry (wash and dry) Omo system that is paid within the condominium. Other areas such as the swimming pool, game room, party room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and dance/pilates studio are only allowed for monthly rentals (housing) as a condominium rule. Other things to note Towels, sheets, and pillows are available during your stay. The apartment is pet-friendly. If you want a bed, a pot to put the food and water for your pet, just let me know. I just ask that you take care that the animal does not damage the apartment's furniture, please. There are cleaning products and trash bags in the apartment's laundry room. Clean duvets are inside the transparent bag indicating whether it is a double or single. Whatever is used, please keep it out of the bag to be washed. We have a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. I'll leave some capsules for you to taste😉. There is no sofa bed in the apartment. There are two mattresses available inside the closet. Note: Check-in is flexible, but you have the right to check out by 12 p.m. Therefore, if the customer stays until 12 p.m. on the check-out day, you guests are at risk of not being able to check in early, as we need to clean the apartment and then you can enter the apartment.
