Room for one person in a 1930's style appartment

The space You’ll be sharing my home place with three cats. Privacy respect is key. Due to sanitary concern, visitors are not allowed. However, the neighbourhood hosts many cafés and places where you can meet your friends. Guest access You’ll share the kitchen, the living room and have full access to the roof terrace (windy and cool at night, with shade during daytime) Bathroom is partly shared (for the shower only). Other things to note You’ll share the flat not only with me, but also with three cats (no worry, I am very picky on hygiene, FYI). Pet lovers are more than welcome, although I cannot host your own one.
