Other things to note - One of the typical drinks of the region is Tejuino, a fermented corn drink; that's why you're given a courtesy for all guests. Either Tejuino or a Tejuichela (tejuino with beer) or if you want you can change it for a rich natural fruit scrape or a chopped fruit with its famous sauce.
