Magic Mushroom (sleeps 2 to 4).

The Magic Mushroom is a unique hut made from reclaimed trees. The grass roof is speckled with wild flowers and there is an unfenced fishpond that attracts dragonflies and frogs. Think glamping rather than luxury accommodation! However, there is a fridge, kettle, electricity and lighting inside. A wood burning stove provides warmth on a cold night. Cooking facilities are outside, as is the toilet cabin. There is a small undercover area to sit outside and cook if it's raining. A rustic experience. The space An ideal romantic hideaway for two or a great social place for groups of friends. The Magic Mushroom sleeps 2 on a superking size day bed plus up to 2 children OR 1 adult on a small double bed. The sofa beds within Magic Mushroom are used for seating during the day and fold out to become beds at night. Bedding is stored in a trunk, out of the way. There are 4 power sockets inside, plus a small fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. The fairy lights both inside and out provide a wonderful ambience. There are extra lights inside which operate independently. A charming fire pit is provided to keep you toasty as you sit outside gazing at the stars. There is a pizza oven/bbq so that you can 'cook your own' and chill out. There's also an outdoor gas ring for a frying pan or saucepan. The toilet cabin has a flushable mains toilet, hot water shower and hand basin plus space to store your bags. Guest access Feel free to wander around the gardens and vegetable plot. Please respect our private patio areas down at the main house. That way we all keep a little bit of privacy. The adjacent toilet cabin is exclusively for your use - you will not share with any other guests. It contains a hot water shower, flushing toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. Other things to note The toilet cabin has a flushable mains toilet, hot water shower and a hand basin. Fresh water is available from a standpipe located a few metres from the back door. Feel free to use the outdoor pizza oven/bbq but please bring your own charcoal. Firelighters, matches, bbq tools and an oven glove are provided.
