Stone house renovated by ourselves, close to small shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery...)! Montpezat is a small village that is pleasant to discover! Our house, due to its geographical location, is an excellent base for many visits (Ray Pic, Vals les Bains, Lake Issarlès, Lake Coucouron, Mont Gerbier des Joncs...)! This house has been our little family cocoon for over 50 years! We hope you enjoy this place that is precious to us! The space Important: We have chosen not to impose a cleaning fee! We will ask you to do the cleaning so that the next guests arrive in a pleasant house! However, you have the option to take the cleaning package (€50)! Thank you for your understanding Our house is on 3 levels: - on the ground floor: a large cellar (possibility to store your bicycles) - 1st floor: 1 integrated kitchen + 1 toilet + 1 living room + 1 wood stove -3rd floor: 1 large dormitory of 25 m2 separated in two by curtains, with 2 beds of 140, 2 bunk beds of 90 and 1 bed of 120 + 1 bathroom toilet Outside: a courtyard to park a maximum of 2 vehicles 30 meters from the house. you have close to the house, all amenities: pharmacy, Vival, tobacco bar, restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser, playground for young children, city stadium and Pumptrack for the older ones, bowling alley for the whole family, a large meadow (Ideal for picnics) and hiking trails... Guest access you have access to the whole place Other things to note Regarding your arrival and departure, the house is equipped with a lockbox! However, please let me know the day before the approximate time of your arrival so that the house is ready, as well as your departure time. If you need anything, you can contact me and my friend Manon, who is lucky enough to be there. Your pet is welcome, as long as you ensure that they do not get on the sofas or beds, and I would be grateful if you could check that your dog's tick and flea treatment is still effective before the start of your stay with us.
