Private double room available in a newly built, modern home. Private bathroom available. 5 minute drive from Exeter airport. 2 minute walk to a bus stop which brings you in to Exeter. 25 minute drive to the coast. 30 minute drive to Dartmoor. Free parking available. Children are welcome however there is only one bed and we are unable to provide a cot. There are other houses being built opposite the home. There is some construction traffic and noise weekdays 8am-4pm.
