The space The spectacular complex of the three villas can accommodate 21 guests ensures their guests, an incredible holiday, in a unique and private complex, with its unusual Architectural style! The three villas and the common external kitchen area offers all kind of guests a variety of different choices many different bedrooms and three heated pools under request, ensuring luxury living and relaxation. All villas follow the same style and unique decoration in a complete private land with many gardens and external areas and are ideal for any kinds of celebrations, weddings, events or large group of friends who like to be together or separate at the same time! All three villas consist of two levels in about 210 sq.m each, mixing the stone, wood, and metal in a unique way giving the sense of living inside and outside at the same time. Large openings, light spaces, cozy and comfortable bedrooms, multiple and direct access to the patios and garden, as well as luxury furnishing all inside and outside areas and a large variety of amenities make the villa a holiday Gem! The ground floor of each villa, with the open space kitchen, will be your favorite from first sight. The decoration and the elegant furnishing give the space all the luxuriant you may seek for your holiday. The easy access to the patio and the pool will be an advance for a living at the villa and flexibility to be all together inside or outside at the same time. Each villa offers an open plan living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, garden, on-premises parking for two cars, and many more. Other things to note ✔ For events (weddings, parties, e.t.c.), there is an extra charge, upon request. ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the complex for the check-in whenever you arrive. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villas. ✔ The heating of the pool of each villa is offered on request, with an extra charge of 60 euro/day for each pool and for at least 3 days use. ✔ All expenses and taxes for the duration of your stay at the villa are already included in the overall price. The only additional fee you need to be aware of is the environmental fee, which amounts to 45.00 euros per day during the period from April to October and 12.00 euros per day from November to March.( for all the complex) Please note that the environmental fee is payable in cash upon your arrival. ✔ Please note that for groups of more than 18 guests, an additional fee may apply depending on the season. ✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating. ✔ We provide you housekeeping service once a week the third or the fourth day (min stay 7days) ✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔ No pets allowed ✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces ✔ Upon arrival at the complex, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
