They pay rent in charm. 🌧 Rainy season = frogs performing very loud love songs at night. Sleep optional. ----- 2. Dogs make you nervous. Our village has loyal watchdogs. Barking is their cardio. Sometimes they bark at scooters moving too slowly. Attacks? Zero in 7 years. Authentic Balinese soundtrack. 🐕🎶 ----- 3. Scooters terrify you or you refuse to hire Gojek/Grab/Bluebird. Scooter = survival gear. Closest beach 7 min, another 7 beaches 10–20 min. Walking?
