The 220m2 of indoor space, the 2000sqm garden and the 5X10 heated swimming pool can comfortably host families and groups up to 12 members. The swimming pool area is the perfect place for joyful moments or endless hours of relaxation. It is equipped with outdoor furniture such as sunbeds, parasols, comfortable couches and armchairs, bar stools, monastery dining table, 3 seater garden swing. An outdoor toilet with shower is also available to serve the guests using the pool. The beautiful stone build patio is packed with appliances such as glass door refrigerator, freezer, stand-alone ice cube maker, large gas grill, gas stove, 42 inch smart TV and a karaoke sound system but also has a charcoal grill and a wood oven for a complete barbecue experience. With all these amenities, guests can spend their whole day at the pool area and enjoy the most out of a Greek summer holiday. The indoor space of Ktima Kritikos is laid out on two separate apartments connected though an exterior staircase. Each apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and decorated with style. The ground floor apartment has a living room with a corner sofa, a 55 inch smart TV and a fireplace. The dining area and the kitchen are in the same open space with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils for breakfast or dinner preparation. There are three bedrooms one of which has en suite bathroom with shower. All mattresses are of high quality to provide a relaxing sleep. Apart from the en suite bathroom, there’s a second bigger one with a bathtub and a washing machine. The first floor apartment has the same amenities and almost the same floor plan. The main differences is the number of bathrooms and the living room/kitchen/dining area orientation. Both apartments have balconies overlooking the pool area and garden. They also offer undisturbed sea and mountain views. All bedrooms and common spaces are equipped with AC units and Wifi internet access is available throughout the property.
