This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is not only a few second walk to the beach but it is located in the middle of the action. Restaurants, shopping, water sports, dance clubs and live music where two beaches meet: Playa Popy and Ballenas. Completely renovated and bright for your comfort and security. The apartment has a security guard at night and staff available to help you. The complex boasts two swimming pools, one on the ground level, and the other on the roof. The space The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is super large, with a California king bed and a divan that can be used as a twin bed. There is also a large desk with great Wi-Fi access powered by a fiber optics line. The bedroom has its own bathroom. The second bedroom boasts bunk beds and its own bathroom too. Three people can sleep in each bedroom. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment, as well as the common areas such as pools and parking. One pool suitable for young children is at the end of the building on the ground level. The adult pool is the rooftop pool. Access is through stairs across from the management office. Other things to note Please note the following: 1. The neighborhood is active on weekends, in particular Friday nights and Saturdays. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, such as those of the iconic Pueblo de Los Pescadores, as well as nearby clubs, including El Mosquito Arts Bar, where it could be loud Friday nights and Saturday nights. If you are too sensitive to such activities’ noise, please be aware of it. 2. The lodging industry in Las Terrenas requires that guests are responsible for their electricity use. But we do not charge you, but we ask you, please be mindful of how you use air-conditioners. For full disclosure, the cost of electricity in Las Terrenas is DOP 14.95 per KWh, roughly 25 US cents. Typical daily use is about US$ 7, which we waive.
