Lovely 3 bedroom home in Surbiton/Kingston

Situated on the boarder of Surbiton and Kingston, our beautiful family home offers open-plan living, with a large lounge and spacious kitchen-diner, which opens out onto a small raised garden. Upstairs includes a newly decorated bathroom with bath and separate shower. We have 3 bedrooms, two large doubles & a single that would be ideal for a child. The single room includes a Peloton Bike that guests are welcome to use. We also have a lovely ginger cat called Rollo that would require feeding! The space This is our home, so we want you to enjoy it and look after it as if it were your own. We have Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon TV and superfast broadband, all of which are available to guests. Our kitchen is also well equipped if you intend on cooking while you're here. Guest access We do not have a dedicated parking space, however parking permits can be arranged for £3.20 per day - I just need payment and your plate number. Other things to note You’ll need to like cats and be willing to look after our beautiful boy Rollo. He's super friendly, quiet and loves a snuggle. We have an automatic feeder and a cat flap, but ask that you give him one pouch of wet food in the evenings.
