The apartment in an old stone building is located close to Contades Park, a short walk from the city center and European institutions. Located in the heart of Neustadt, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the Contades district, come and discover your future fully renovated studio where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Strasbourg Cathedral. The space In this studio you will find a cozy living area, a small equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Please note that parking is not in the residence but we are lucky to live 10 minutes' walk from one of the few neighborhoods that offers many places that are still free in Strasbourg. We'll give you all the directions for your arrival. There is also the P+R (parking relay) of the Aar two tram stops away that offers protected parking at 4.5 euros per day (tram ticket to return to the apartment included) to park your car during the stay. The tram stop to get there is at the foot of the apartment. From the apartment to the city center everything can be done on foot and by tram, no need for a car 😉 the tram stop is at the foot of the building. Other things to note Note that the proposed parking is not in the residence but we are lucky to live 10 minutes' walk from one of the few neighborhoods that offers many places still free in Strasbourg. It is possible to park on the street in front of our building for a period of 2 hours for 4 euros (time to unload your suitcases for example) We will give you all the information about the free spaces on the day of your arrival.
