The space The house has 2 floors: - Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. - Bedroom 1: King Bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 200) - 1st floor: large living room open to the kitchen which extends onto a 15m2 sheltered terrace overlooking the garden. - 2nd floor: master bedroom: king size bed (180x200 firm pocket spring mattresses) + walk-in shower. - Mezzanine with desk and toilet. - 100 m² garden with furniture for relaxing and a lovely pool with a beach! Highlights: spacious house, comfortable bedding, linens and towels provided, fully equipped kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar, and coffee), complete set of utensils, quiet street, children's games and board games available. Aldi, Carrefour City, and a pharmacy at the end of the street... Guest access There is no charge for parking on our street. Our house is: 10 minutes by taxi from the train station, 25 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Saint-Émilion... The house is entirely at your disposal! Other things to note We have a cat that will stay outside the house during your stay. She is quite cuddly and confident.
