Serene views of back garden, and away from the street. Furnished with a brass double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table. Five minutes walk to bus stop, fifteen minutes walk to shopping strips, fifteen minutes from either train station by bus. Share whole house with host, who is a retired professional. Please, non-smokers, and light or social drinkers. The space Brick veneer three bedroom home, with trees, both in front yard as well as back yard, in a relatively quiet street. Two community shopping centres are within walking distance, and three others driving or bus distance. Swimming pool, footy grounds, soccer grounds, childrens playgrounds, parks, state forest and beach all within 15 minutes to half an hour. Please note: Living room has a projector and projector screen listed as TV, but it is not a TV. AirBNB has no Projector option. The Air Conditioner is ONLY in the Living Room, not in the bedrooms. Bedrooms have fans and heaters when necessary. Guest access All parts, except other bedrooms. Shower and WC both have internal latches and locks for privacy as well as lights that are connected to fans. Both to prevent steaming/fumes, as well as providing privacy. During your stay I live in the house and am available when required. This is one of the private AirBNB rooms. It is a three bedroom home, so there is another private bedroom for AirBNB guests. In total the house can have myself, and 6 guests. The sofa bed in the living room may also be available to both guests and my friends from interstate. Other things to note There is several green spaces such as a soccer ground, a footy ground, a public swimming pool, and a large nature reserve, all within ~ ten to fifteen minutes in different directions. See attached pictures. The beach is ~ 15 minutes by bus/car.
