Very central apartment with balcony

This chic and cosy 2 bedroom apartment is located in the midst of Sant Antoni which – with its famous and recently renovated Sant Antoni Market – is one of the most trendy area of Barcelona. Sant Antoni is very central (in 12 minutes walk you are in the Ramblas) but the area has great life of its own as it is has cool “no touristy” cafes and bars. The space The apartment is set at the first floor and also offers a tiny exterior balcony and free Wi-Fi. It has fully independent access and consists of 40sqm distributed in 2 rooms each with a double-bed plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The building doesn’t have elevator. A sofa is present in the living room which enjoys a first floor balcony with lovely views over the main street. There is a tiny bathroom which is fully equipped. The house also features traditional high ceilings and doors. Only one of the two bedrooms has air-con. We look forward to welcome you ! Other things to note READ CAREFULLY: Local laws impose a City Tax of 6,25EUR per night per person (if above 17 years old or 17 years old) for a maximum of 7 nights. We have to separately charge for this as we are obliged to collect it on behalf of the City Hall and then pay it to them on a monthly basis. The above tax(s) are not included in the price and will be charged separately in cash upon arrival. All rental homes, apartments and hotels charge it in Barcelona. Some apartments do not communicate this in advance and it would come as a surprise when they will charge for it upon arrival.
