Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a short drive from the Jurassic Coast. Lots to see and do! The space The house sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. It is a one of a terrace of attractive three storey Victorian properties a short walk from Honiton high street and only 100 metres from the train station (direct line Waterloo - Exeter). It is double glazed throughout, tastefully decorated and has many original period features including bay windows, high ceilings and fireplaces. There is one off-road parking space and further free on street parking. Ground floor: Living room with bay window, smart TV and log burner. Open plan kitchen / dining room with french doors opening onto the patio and garden. Downstairs wc. First Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, bay window, ample built-in wardrobe space and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom that can be made up as twin single beds or as one super king bed. Family bathroom with shower over the bath. Second Floor: Third bedroom with twin single beds. Fourth bedroom with a double bed. Shower room. Outside: To the front there is one off-road parking space and a short flight of steps leading to the front door. To the rear of the house is a long, securely fenced garden with a patio and separate decking area. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire house, garden and the one off-road parking space for the duration of your stay. We live a short distance away and will respect your privacy - unless of course you have any problems in which case we can be with you in 10 minutes! Other things to note The house is on a steep hill – guests bringing more than one vehicle will need to be prepared to walk a short distance uphill to and from their car.
