The house is inside a condominium with 24-hour security. The structure of the space is very interesting for those who need individuality in their suites, but there is also space for collective interaction for when the group wants to interact. Mococa beach is a 12-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away. 5-day holiday packages. The space The en-suites are separate from the living room and kitchen. To access their rooms, you have to cross the yard. I chose this type of construction because it met my family's needs. My mother, who is already elderly, enjoys a party, a bit of a mess… But when it's time for her to rest, she needs a quiet, reserved little place to rest, and this style of construction has favored her comfort. I think guests will like it, too. The corridor to the rooms is covered with a roof, preventing people from getting wet in the rain.
