Originally the laundry for Bellgrove dating from around 1820 and overlooking Campbeltown Loch, Mary’s Cottage offers a luxury stay on The Kintyre 66 route. The space With stunning views over Campbeltown Loch to the hills beyond, Mary’s Cottage has been beautifully renovated in recent years in a seamless fusion of old and new. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a truly memorable stay with the combination of vintage and contemporary furniture creating a relaxed, welcoming and stylish feel. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy the south facing, private patio and garden area - again with wonderful views across the Loch. In colder months, there is a log burner, perfect for curling up in front of with a good book. With the centre of Campbeltown, formally the whisky capital of the world, only a short stroll away, Mary’s Cottage also offers a host of other lovely walks from its doorstep - and is the perfect base for exploring the wider Kintyre Peninsula. Accommodation: hall, kitchen with dining area and Delonghi coffee machine, living area with log burner, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden and patio area. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people. Note: Mary’s Cottage is the former laundry to Bellgrove and is located next to the main house, in which Ryan and I live. The cottage shares a drive with the main house but the buildings are otherwise separate.
