Ideal to enjoy Vina del Mar, Valparaiso, Renaca, Concon, Casablanca wine country. The space The house is very comfortable. The living room is cozy, it has a chimney and access to a large terrace with a pool with waterfall and a magnificent ocean view. There is a card games room, dining room, large kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed, chimney, ocean view and access to the terrace and pool area. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom without a bathtub. There is an extra suite / guest room (Room 4). It has a queen bed, small refrigerator, coffee machine and full bathroom, ideal for grandparents or a couple (Available when renting 7 people por more) In the yard there is a nice BBQ, outside wooden table, fruit trees and garden. Parking for two cars. ABOUT THE AREA: SURF BEACH LA BOCA: The property is located in the Vina del Mar, Renaca, Concon coastal line, across from “La Boca” Surf Beach, just cross the street and practice surf, stand up paddle, kayak, fishing, walking, bathe in the ocean and enjoy the sun. 10 Miles of RESTAURANTS, BEACH, SPORTS: Next to the property and along the coast there are several beaches and two fishing villages. In each of these places you can practice sports (Volleyball, running, trekking, biking, sailing and other water sports and enjoy of many restaurants. Nearby beaches are Playa Amarilla, Playa Negra, Renaca and fishing village of Caleta San Pedro and Yacht Club Higuerillas. BIRD WATCHING, DOLPHINS AND NATURE: Ideal place to watch sea birds, you can also spot Chilean dolphins, sea lions, seals and sea otters. The property is next to the Concon Dunes and Oceanic Rock where you can enjoy of a nice trekking and magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and marine life. 1/2 mile north are the Aconcagua wetlands whose water comes from the largest peak in the southern hemisphere. These wetlands hold 70 species of birds – resident and migratory –Migratory species comes mainly from the northern hemisphere, especially from the United States and Canada. You can find colonies of: Dominican seagull, Pelican, Franklin seagull, Northern phalarope, Band-tailed sierra-finch, Austral thrush, Long-tailed meadowlark and American oystercatcher. 30 min away is La Campana, a mountain explored by Charles Darwin due to its unique Chilean Palm tree forest and endemic fauna. NEARBY CITIES: Vina del Mar is well known for its Casino and to host the main Music Festival in the Spanish Speaking Countries at the Quinta Vergara park, it also has many attractions, events, restaurants, stores. Valparaíso is a historic and bohemian port, place of many restaurants and interesting architecture. WINE COUNTRY: Nearby, moving inland you find the wine countries of Casablanca, Leyda, San Antonio y El Maipo, each has a variety of winemakers and restaurant to visit. Guest access The property has private parking for two cars, gate, electric fence, all you need to do to enjoy the local beach is park in the property and walk everywhere. Walk to the local beach across the street, surf schools, pubs and restaurants. To get to the beach from the house, you have to walk through your own private beautiful stone stairs, approximately 65 steps. Other things to note Please notice the pool has no fence. You must consider this matter, in particular if visiting or renting with babies and/or people that do not know how to swim. Guests must leave trash and recycle items in the provided bins outside the property. Guests are responsible for doing their own house cleaning during the stay. Trash is collected 3/week. Monday 8 am, Wednesday 8 am, Friday 8am. Gardens and pool maintenance personnel goes to the property 2/week. Bathrooms are provided with the initial load of soap and toilette paper (and hand towels). Guests must replenish such items during their stay. Residencial area. Noise levels must be kept down after midnight Sunday - Thursday, 1 am Friday and Saturday.
