Beautiful sea view villa in the archipelago

Welcome to our lovely home, newly built in 2018! Nothing beats waking up to the view of the water and the calm nature all around. Have a nice bbq on the porch, go for a swim down by the water, followed by a refreshing ice cream by the beach, and finish the day by watching a movie on our 110 inch 4K projector. Our place is perfect for all ages - whether you are a couple craving some down time or you are a family with kids wanting the best of both worlds with the city only being 25 minutes away. The space We LOVE our house and it's a safe space and resting place for us, so we hope you will have the same experience. We love hearing the birds chirping outside our window, the fresh smell of trees and flowers and the water nearby. It's just so dreamy and relaxing - the perfect spot for a summer holiday. Right next to our garden, there is a small path that leads straight down to the water. Guest access You will have access to two floors: the entrance level and the basement. We request that you do not access the top floor. You are the only guests in the house during your stay but we still ask you to respect our privacy when it comes to the private areas in the house (see signage on some doors/cupboards OR locked doors). Other things to note FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE TRAVELLING WITH A BIGGER GROUP! We are also renting out our somewhat smaller (85m2) guest house next door to this property. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 4 adults. Why not book both houses and have some of you sleep in one house and some in the other.
