The Garden flat is the ideal home from home, located in Alexandria, just a few minutes from Balloch and the banks of Loch Lomond. The property has been newly refurbished with a stylish kitchen. A one bedroom garden flat with sofa bed in lounge for extra guests, washing machine, free wifi, sky TV, ensuite shower room. 5 minutes to train station and 25 mins from Glasgow. Close by to local tourist attractions, golf courses, bars and restaurants. An ideal base for exploring Loch Lomond and beyond The space The property has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, with a garden view from the bedroom. There is a WC off the hallway and the living room and kitchen are open plan, with views of the garden. The lounge has a sofa bed which can be used for a double bed. We provide additional linen for the sofa bed. Please note you have to go down steps to enter the flat. Guest access There is parking in front of the building. There is also a bus stop on the street and Alexandria train station is no more than a 5 minute walk, with trains running from here to Balloch (one stop away) as well as trains to Glasgow Queen Street and beyond. There is a few steps to go down to access the flat. When inside the flat it is all on the one level, but you do have to go down steps to get to the front door - worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. Other things to note We can help you arrange executive travel to and from the airport, or to any other destination you wish to visit. Just let us know at time of booking and we can help arrange this. Small, cozy flat, ideally suited to couples, but there is a sofa bed in living room which allows us to have max 4 guests. (sofa bed will be fine for kids or adults).
