The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included. The space The apartment has its own entrance directly through the garden. There is a hallway that leads directly into the large living room with old metal columns as ceiling supports. The living room is connected to the dining area, the open kitchen and the conservatory with a workplace. The two bedrooms are in the back. In the master bedroom, we have a large box-spring bed with a topper and a large closet. In the second bedroom, there is a double bed and an old champagne box for your travel essentials. In the window there is also a cozy sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, tub and double sink and is quite spacious. We have also installed a lamp with daylight, so you know how to get out of the house. ;-) Guest access The apartment is located in a closed courtyard, which can only be accessed with a key. The parking lot is also in the courtyard. The gate is opened with the key from the inside on the doorbell system. The apartment entrance is through the garden at the front of the house to the right of the conservatories. So, you've got your peace and quiet for yourself.
