A lovely villa in a tranquil and serene environment away from the busy cities and complete with a private swimming pool, BBQ area and all amenities, yet so close to beaches, many tourist sights and attractions. The space This lovely villa is situated in the tranquil countryside of Salina and within a 10 minute walk to the coastline. The views from the first floor and the roof terraces are spectacular, and one can choose whether to enjoy a country view or a sea view. The house has a well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, cooker, electric oven with grill, microwave and electric kettle. It is combined with the living area where one can watch TV or a series on Netflix. This open plan area overlooks the deck and the private pool where one can enjoy sunbathing during the day or relax in the balmy evenings. One also has the option to cook on the bar-b-que and eat out in the open air. The ground floor has two bathrooms, with showers, one on the inside and one next to the pool area. The ground floor, also has a small, charming yard which is shady all day long. The first floor is reached through a spiral staircase which is a delightful feature of this bright and airy house. The first floor has three bedrooms, which sleep six people with the possibility of a seventh bed. This floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor one can find the spacious laundry area equipped with a large sink, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes horse. The terraces on this floor are great for relaxing with a cup of tea or a cocktail whilst enjoying the views. Though the house is set in such a tranquil environment it is just a 10 minute drive away from Buġibba which is a great tourist area. In Buġibba, one can find restaurants, cinema, coffee shops, night life, a water park and beautiful rocky beaches. The bus stop is just 15 minutes walk away, however a car is recommended. The front of the house has a car port where one can leave the car in the shade all day. The bed and bath linen will be provided on a weekly basis. Internet connection is available free of charge and any additional services may be available on request. Though this house is in a very peaceful and quite area, it is a stone's throw away from Buġibba which is a great tourist area. Guest access Guests will have access to all the house. Parking in the public road is free but the property comes with a car port which can house one car.
