A cozy two-room apartment located in the Butovo Park-2B area. 5 minutes from the entrance there is a public transport stop, which will take you to the metro station in 20 minutes. Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard metro station, or Aninno metro station (south of the gray metro line). Dear guests, if the previous guest does not confirm early check-out, we do not check in guests in apartments where cleaning has not been done. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. You don't have to buy detergents during your stay because they are provided free of charge. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, the rooms have two double beds. The bathroom always has soap, shower gel, cotton buds and pads, makeup remover lotion. We always have clean and fresh bed linen and a set of towels for each guest! The apartment is ideal for relatives and friends who live in the nearby areas. The road to the main attractions of Moscow will take about an hour by public transport (15 minutes to Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard and 35 minutes to Borovitskaya/Lenin Library metro station) Come and visit La Luz Apartments! Guest access The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and appliances (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker). Blankets, pillows (50x70), towel sets are provided according to the number of guests. By default, when booking for 2 people, one double bed is made and 1 set of bed linen is provided (sheet, blanket, two pillowcases). If 2 people require an extra set for the second bed, please let us know in advance. If you do not specify this requirement the day BEFORE check-in, an additional set will NOT BE PROVIDED on the day of arrival Other things to note The apartment has the option of remote check-in, all check-in instructions and access codes are sent one hour before arrival for security reasons. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden! Smoking hookah, iqos, e-cigarettes and vaping is also smoking. A fine of 3000 rubles per guest will be charged through the support service.
