Beautiful family home in Hassocks, Sussex

Our house is located just off the high street in the wonderful village of Hassocks on the edge of the South Downs in Sussex. We are 15 minutes from Brighton (or 2 stops on the train) and you can walk right out on the South Downs from us. The village offers a pub, places to eat and great shops and we can recommend some wonderful walks and pubs/restaurants further out. Our house is perfect for families with a gorgeous living space and a playroom for the kids, plus 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WC The space The outside of our house is well lit and has a parking space on the front drive. On entering the spacious hallway you will be welcomed by a view straight through into the open living room/kitchen. Make yourself at home with all the amenities as you'd expect in your own kitchen, and chat to your family while cooking at the range cooker, and choose to sit either at the breakfast island or at the dining table overlooking the garden. We provide all the items you would need and will make space for your groceries in cupboards and the large american fridge/freezer. Also on this floor is the kids playroom - we are happy to leave all our kids toys and things out for playing with but ask that you and your children are respectful and leave all their toys as you found them, thank you. Walking upstairs we have the kids bedroom with 2 twin single beds, of course we have plenty of kids books in here for you to use. Next to that room is lovely peaceful bedroom with a kingsize bed. The family bathroom is opposite and has a full size bath with a full shower over it - pretty, simple and clean. Walking upstairs to the loft we have the master bedroom with a super kingsize bed, a lovely amount of space around it and then an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Guest access On the first floor we will use our smallest bedroom to store our personal items and so you will not have access to this one. Other things to note COVID Update - we want to reassure guests that we comply with all AirBnB regulations around cleaning and sanitising and I have also blocked out 2 days before and after every August booking for best practice and comfort for all guests.
