With a capacity of 4 people max., This apartment is fitted with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, laundry washer and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment . Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. Here are some items we provide for you: Fresh linens and towels. Bathroom toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, trash plastic bag, detergent powder, dishwashing liquid(for the first night, for the rest of the stay you can buy in the grocery stores located close to the apartment ) Guest access The apartment is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy in a whole building. If you want to drink your coffee and smoke a cigarettes, you can enjoy it in our patio. Other things to note The apartment is located in a guesthouse that we built few months ago. There are only 2 studios of 30 sq m each and 2 apartments (45sq m) with 1 separate bedrooms . The only common shared area with another guests is the patio and the corridor to access to your space.
