The F Project Residence - whole house

The F Project Residence is a home within a volunteer-run art-space. It has a kitchen, dining room, lounge ,and 3 bathrooms and 2 of them are downstairs, with five large bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs. It has 7 beds (2 king beds that can be separated into singles) and sleeps up to 11. Great house for groups or families. The bedrooms are named in ode to Fletcher Jones , a Warrnambool icon :The ‘Pattern room’, ‘Fabric Cutting room’, ‘Sewing room’ and ‘Fitting room’ and 'Button Room'.... The space The F Project residence sits amidst a gallery, shop, artist studios and workshop space. This space is an Artist-Run-Initiative, and is completely volunteer run. This residence is designed as accommodation for artists, particularly artists in residence; however it is also available to others visiting the region. The garden is absolutely stunning and is enormous right in the heart of town. Guest access The F Project residence is fully accessible to guests - there is car parking for guests but it is shared parking with studios as well. You can easily walk anywhere in the CBD and beyond. It's very central and convenient. Other things to note Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs and there is a no pet policy but exceptions may be made for non shedding small dogs, case by case. It is non smoking except outside the house.
