Welcome to this cozy converted home in Observatory! This unique abode was once a dairy established in 1928, and now offers a peaceful and simple retreat for you to enjoy. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and more, you'll have a cheery and comfortable stay. Board games, books, and complimentary coffees & teas add extra charm! We do not allow parties or events as per Airbnb’s terms. The space The space consists of 3 bedrooms with sufficient sleeping space for 6 people. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and another with a shower. There is ample living space available exclusively to you and your guest group/family. The space and amenities will be prepared and accessible to you proportionate to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. If you book for 2 people, for example, the remainder of the sleeping spaces will be closed off to you. We appreciate honest and transparent indication of guest numbers so that we can ensure a comfortable 5-star stay for you. Guest access All parts of the house are fully accessible to guests proportionate to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. If you have additional day guests visiting, it is your responsibility to ensure that they comply with the house rules and/or Airbnb’s Terms of Use at all times and that they leave at a reasonable time so as to avoid overnight guest charges. We offer earlier check-in at an additional cost of 50% of your average daily rate. The night before your booking will accordingly be blocked off the calander and you will have the opportunity to check-in and access the space up to 12 hours in advance at your convenience. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to book an early check-in. Other things to note There is a washing machine and dryer available, however this is strictly reserved for guests with a minimum trip-length of one week (7 nights) with detergent for two washing loads only. There is access to a children’s park in Arnold Street which is less than 5 minutes’ walking distance from the house. Please let us know ahead of your stay if you intend to make use of these amenities during your stay so that they can be made accessible to you. Should you fail to make a prior request, requests for these amenities will not be entertained during your stay.
