Chalet Wallner is ideal for a multi-family holiday experience, a large group of friends, a single family or small group wanting lots of personal space. The chalet is perfectly located, 300m from the ski-lift (Schlossalmbahn) and bus station in one direction, the pretty town centre with its supermarkets, artisan bakeries, bars and restaurants in the opposite direction and the Alpentherme (thermal health spa and swimming complex) in another direction. Wonderful Gasteinertal - year round activity. The space The chalet is bright and spacious and quiet, around 200m2, with the accomodation spread over three floors and recently refurbished. The ground has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate toilet off. The first floor has 1 bedroom with en-suite and balcony, 3 further bedrooms 1 with front balcony access, a living room/office area with TV, a sofa bed and front balcony access and a large bathroom with separate toilet off. The top floor has the master bedroom with en-suite and balcony and juliet balcony access together with the main living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, and there is a large full bathroom with bath and separate toilet off. The main living area has access to both the side balcony and 2nd floor front balcony. There are no less than 5 balconies and each room apart from the ground floor has access to one of the balconies or a fully glazed door with juliet balcony. The beds are all super comfortable Austrian style, basically two linked singles with separate matresses, they can form either large double beds or twin beds. The bedroom curtains are made from blackout material. Guest access There are 4 parking spaces immediately in front of the property. Other things to note Regrettably the property is not suitable for wheelchair access. The stairwell is central to the house, if you are bringing infants please use the doors to prevent unwanted access, each room has a door separating it from the stairwell. There are 3 highchairs at the property, more can be provided for a small additional weekly cost. All we ask is that you clean them thoroughly after use and leave them as you would wish to find them :-) Cots/baby beds can also be provided on request for a small additional weekly cost.
