Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just 10 minutes from Lund and 20 minutes from Malmö. Here you live safely with proximity to pleasant walking paths and nature. The house has been recently renovated and is therefore in good condition with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. A completely private farm house with large private areas on the side and back of the house. The space A large bedroom with a 180 bed and a single bed of 90 cm and a smaller bedroom with a 120 bed. From the larger bedroom there is direct access to the patio with complete privacy and to a private patio. The patio is reached through a patio door. There is plenty of storage in wardrobes/chests in both rooms, in the smaller room there is also a desk. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and induction hob as well as a fridge and freezer, it is a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a small dining table and in the living room there is another table suitable for four people. Further in the living room there is a smart TV with a lovely sofa to relax on. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well as a shower. Own private patio with covered dining area and rattan furniture with a very nice view belongs to the house. Option to charge electric car at actual cost. Notify the host on site if you need to charge your electric car. The guest cleans himself on departure or you can book final cleaning of the house which is paid in cash on the spot. Sheets and towels are included. If there is a need for a cot, you order it at the time of booking in a message to the host. Here you live safely and pleasantly! Welcome! Guest access Parking is available next to the house on the left, bus from Lund is also possible, nearest stop approx. 2 km. There are cycle paths in the area so that you can safely cycle to the nearest villages and Lund. We usually use automatic check-in where we send a code in the Airbnb message before arrival. Other things to note The house is in the countryside but still close to both Malmö and Lund. There are several nature areas in the area, such as the nature-protected Billebjer with a swimming lake and lookout point, the Dalby Söderskog National Park and the Skrylle recreation area with both hiking trails, an exercise facility and a sauna. At the patio, which is completely secluded behind the house, you may meet the farm cats Siri and Wilma. The miniature poodle Lova also lives in the yard of the host's house. However, the residence is allergy-friendly as no pets are allowed in the guest house. Important that check-out takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of departure and check-in no later than 10.00 p.m. However, the host wants to be informed if your arrival is expected to be later than 8 p.m (20.00) When checking out, guests clean themselves according to the cleaning schedule in the information folder in the house. Alternatively, you can purchase additional cleaning for 700 skr. If you wish to order cleaning, please inform the host before departure.
